Liquid Measurement Systems
Accurate Measurement for Liquid Hydrocarbons
Our Liquid Measurements Systems are specifically designed to accurately provide volume and quality measurements of liquid hydrocarbons, for crude oil, refined products and produced water, for production, processing, transportation and custody transfer applications.
We strictly follow the appropriate guidelines and work with our customers to meet their requirements on flow metering
technologies, which are comprised of positive displacement (PD) meters, turbine meters, Coriolis meters, ultrasonic flow meters and electromagnetic/vortex meters.

Magnetic (mag) Flow Meters
Magnetic (mag) flow meters, also called electromagnetic flow meters, measure volumetric flow by applying a magnetic field to the fluid and sensing the small voltage induced as a conductive liquid or slurry moves through the meter (Faraday’s
law). Because the sensor is full-bore with no
obstructions and no moving parts, mag meters typically deliver stable accuracy with minimal pressure loss and low maintenance, making them a strong fit for water, produced water, wastewater, acids, and many process liquids.
Common, proven platforms include Emerson Rosemount magmeter systems (such as the 8700 family), Endress+Hauser Proline Promag electromagnetic flowmeters, and Yokogawa ADMAG magnetic flowmeters, with options for different liners, electrodes, diagnostics, and hazardous-area installations depending on the application
